OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Select List of Section Officers’ Grade for the years 2012 & 2013 against Examination Quota on the basis of Combined Limited Departmental Competitive Examination – 2012 & 2013 conducted by the UPSC – Allocation of candidates – regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 26.12.2014 wherein allocation of successful candidates of SO LDCE 2012 and 2013 was made. The cadre units were requested to appoint/relieve the officers by 30.12.2014 subject to vigilance clearance and to endorse a copy of the appointment order to this Department for record. It was also stated that in the case of officers, who have been transferred out and if not relieved by 30.12.2014 by their cadre unit, the officers shall be deemed to have been relieved from their current Ministry/Department and no formal relieving order shall be required.

1. However, the appointment orders in respect of 45 candidates have not yet been received in this Department including that of 9 officers, who were transferred out and allocated to other cadre units. A list of these 45 candidates is enclosed.

2. The concerned cadre units are once again requested to appoint/relieve these officers immediately, if not already done so. If already appointed/relieved, a copy of the appointment order or the relieving order, as the case may be, forwarded to this Department for records. In case of any impediment in appointing/relieving some of these officers, the same be intimated to this Department.
