NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of the Order dated 19.3.2009 of Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No.1804/2008, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, allocates Shri Rakesh R. Yadav (RR 2004) from the IAS Joint Cadre of Manipur-Tripura to the IAS cadre of Gujarat. This Notification is issued in supersession of this Ministry’s communication No.13013/2/2004-AIS-I dated 9th January, 2005.
