This notification announces the allocation of Mr. Ashwini Kumar Rai, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the Kerala cadre, to the Madhya Pradesh cadre. This decision is made in accordance with Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and follows directives from the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court.
