OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject : Combined Section Officers’/Stenographers’ (Gr. ‘B’/Gr.I) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2014 – Allocation of candidates under Category-I (Section Officers of CSS)

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 6.1.2016 on the above mentioned subject and to say that based on the inputs received from various Ministries/Departments, the vacancies have been revised and final (net) vacancy position is annexed herewith. The allocation shall be made on the basis of net vacancies in a Ministry/Department.
2. The officers who have completed normal tenure of more than 7 years / 6 years excluding the period of deputation, as the case may be, in their Ministry/Department and are to be transferred out of their present Ministry/Department may, if they so desire, give their revised options by e-mail only at uscs1-dopt@nic.in by 22.1.2016 by 12.00 p.m. positively.
3. All the cadre Units are also requested to verify the net vacancy position and indicate discrepancies, if any, to the notice of this Department by 22.1.2016 12.00 PM.
