Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the representation of Smt. Ranjana Gupta, Assistant Teacher was considered by the Committee headed by Dr. S.K. Sarkar, Joint Secretary in its meeting held on 03.04.2008. The Committee recommended for allocating Smt. Ranjana Gupta to Uttar Pradesh under spouse policy subject to the condition that the orders in this regard would be issued only after final allocation of the Secretariat Administration Department is made. The final allocation orders in respect of the Secretariat Administration Department have been issued on 6.8.2009.
The Government of India has accepted the recommendation dated 3.4.2008 of the Committee and accordingly Smt. Ranjana Gupta stands allocated to Uttar Pradesh.
Officer concerned may kindly be apprised of the decision.
