This document details the outcomes of the 20th meeting of the State Advisory Committee concerning the allocation and re-allocation of employees between Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, following the Madhya Pradesh Re-organisation Act, 2000. The committee recommended the reallocation of several employees based on various grounds, including spouse policy and medical hardship. Notably, one staff nurse has been allocated to Chhattisgarh, while eight other employees are re-allocated from Chhattisgarh to Madhya Pradesh. The Central Government has accepted these recommendations, and the State Governments are requested to take necessary action to implement these changes.

I am directed to refer to the above mentioned subject and to say that the $20^{\text {th }}$ meeting of the State Advisory Committee was held on $13^{\text {th }}$ July, 2012 at New Delhi under the Chairmanship of Shri Manoj Joshi, Joint Secretary (AT\&A). The Committee recommended the allocation/re-allocation of the following employees: –

No. 6 of table is allocated to Chhattisgarh State and remaining 8 (eight) employees are re-allocated from Chhattisgarh to M.P. State. The State Government is requested to initiate necessary action for allocation/re-allocation of States of the said employees. |
