This communication from the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board informs Shri Sanjay Kumar Ambasta, Organising Secretary, about a schedule adjustment for the Veteran Events of the All India Civil Services Badminton Tournament 2020-21. Due to a clash with the All India Masters (Veterans) Ranking Badminton Tournament in Goa, the Veteran Events will now commence on September 27, 2021. The notice requests veteran players to arrive on time for their matches and reiterates the age criteria for participation – 45 years and above for men, and 40 years and above for women. All other tournament conditions remain unchanged. The communication is copied to Chief Secretaries, relevant department secretaries, sports board officials, and badminton conveners.

Sub: All India Civil Services Badminton Tournament 2020-21- regarding dates of veteran events.
Sir,
In continuation of this Board’s letter of even number, dated 25.08.2021 on the above cited subject, it is decided that due to clash of All India Masters (Veterans) Ranking Badminton Tournament 2021 from 19-26 September, 2021 at Goa, Veteran Events of All India Civil Services Badminton Tournament 2020-21 will start from 27.09.2021 onwards.
- It is, therefore, requested to all the Men & Women Veteran Players, who are participating in the above said tournament, to ensure to reach at the venue well in time on 27.09.2021 for their Veterans Singles, Doubles and XD Doubles Matches.

Men’s Veteran Age is 45 years & above and Women’s Veteran Age is 40 years & above.

All Veteran players must be fulfilling the above requirement eligible age at the time of their respective selection trials before participating in the AICS Badminton Tournament.

All other terms and conditions of the tournament are same.
