Subject: Zone of consideration for inclusion in the Select of UDC Grade of CSCS for the years 2004 to 2014 against Seniority Quota-regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30^{th } September, 2015 on the above mentioned subject and to say that while issuing promotion order from LDC/UDC(Ad-hoc) to UDC(Regular) Grade, the cadre units may invariably mention that the promotion of the officials figuring in the list would be subject to the outcome of the following court case or any order passed by the respective court:-

1. In O.A. No. 794/2015 filed by Shri Kamal Gupta & Ors. before Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi.
