OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: ACP Scheme for the Departmental Canteen Staff.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Departments O.M. of even No. dated 10th April, 2006 on the above subject and to say that instances have come to the notice of this Department that recoveries are being made from the pay of the canteen employees on account of re-fixation of their pay while granting the ACP scheme for the canteen staff in terms of this Department’s O.M. dated 10th April, 2006 referred to above.
- It is mentioned here that the entire ACP scheme for the departmental canteen staff is being reviewed on account of discrepancies arisen out of re-fixation of pay while implementing the ACP scheme. In case, any situation has arisen where recoveries are being made from the departmental canteen staff on account of re-fixation of pay, it is requested that the same need not be effected till a final decision is taken in this matter after consultation with Estt. Division of DOPT and Ministry of Finance.
