A recent communication from the government’s top administrative body has clarified the status of a prominent civil servant. It has been formally acknowledged that Shri Ajay Yadav, an IAS officer from the 2005 batch (BH cadre), has been relieved from his inter-cadre deputation to the State Government of Uttar Pradesh. This action took effect on July 29, 2017, following an order already issued by the Uttar Pradesh government. As a result, any further proposals concerning this officer’s deputation status are now considered moot, as the necessary steps have already been completed by the state authorities.
