Madam,
The Civil Suit No. 27023 of 2015 in the matter of Jeet Ram & Ors. Vs Rajesh Kumar Prejyadarshi & Ors. was scheduled for final arguments on 29.08.2016 in the Patiala House Courts. Neither the Counsel for the Plaintiff nor the Plaintiff himself appeared in the Court. The Suit was, therefore, dismissed by the Hon’ble Judge in default. A certified copy of the Hon’ble Court’s Order dated 29.08.2016 is enclosed.
- In view of above, the election results submitted by the Area Welfare Officer in respect of Central Government Employees Residents Welfare Association, Type-I, Sector-2, R.K. Puram, New Delhi, vide letter dated 17.11.2015, has been accepted for the remaining period of the block year 2015-17. Any change in the name and address with telephone Nos. of the office bearers may be intimated to this Department.
