ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service of Mizoram Segment to the IAS of AGMUT Cadre on the basis of inclusion of the name of the officer in the Select Lists of 2024 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/26/2025-AIS.I(S.II&III)-B dated 10.09.2025 and on receipt of the proposal from the M/o Home Affairs vide their OM No. 14016/03/2025.UTS-I dated 19.09.2025, the seniority / year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned above in the Select List of 2024 shall be placed below Ms. Akriti Sagar, IAS (RR:AGMUT:2016), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Talo Potom, IAS (Non-SCS:AGMUT:2016), the IAS officer (promoted from Non-SCS) of 2016 batch of AGMUT Cadre.
- Inter-se-seniority of the above officer with respect to the officers of other segments of joint AGMUT cadre will be decided by the Cadre Controlling Authority.
