No 7/1/2016-17/CCSCSB Date: 13.10.2016 CIRCULAR Draw Of Inter-Ministry Cricket Tournament 2016-17 Inter- Ministry Cricket Tournament 2016-17 will be played on Vinay Marg Grounds from 18.10.2016. Tournament will be played on league cum knock out basis.

Rules and Regulations:
i) Inter Ministry Cricket tournament 2016-17 will be played on 20-20 over pattern on LEAGUE CUM KNOCK OUT basis.
ii) Two teams from each group will qualify for Pre-Qtr. finals
iii) Minimum of 10 overs will constitute a match.
iv) Simple Average will be considered for deciding a reduced over match due to light and weather conditions.
a. Points will be awarded as i) Win – 4, ii) Wash out/Tie – 2 points each iii) Loss – 0 iv)Walk Over(- 2 )
v) In case of wash out in league phase both the teams will be granted 2 points each.
vi) In case of wash out in knock out phase matches will be replayed.
vii) Teams must report to the Umpires at the ground 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the match.
viii) Throughout minimum of 4 players will remain inside the 30-yard circle while fielding.
ix) Walk over will be awarded against the team (minimum of 8 players) which fails to report on the ground maximum of 30 minutes after the scheduled start of the play.
x) Decisions of the Umpires are final and binding.
xi) No request for rescheduling/postponement of matches will be entertained.
