The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board (CCSCSB) has scheduled personal interactions with provisionally eligible candidates for the positions of Conveners for various games for the block year 2017-19. These interactions will take place on May 25th and 26th, 2017, at the Office of the Chief Welfare Officer in New Delhi. Applicants are requested to attend with all original certificates as per the annexed schedule. The circular is addressed to Welfare Officers of all Ministries/Departments, requesting them to inform concerned officials and to post the notice on CCSCSB centre notice boards. The annexure details the schedule, listing candidates, their respective games, departments, dates, and interaction times.

- The provisionally eligible candidates are called for personal interaction with CCSCSB Officials on 25.05.2017 and 26.05.2017 at Office of the Chief Welfare Officer, Room No. 361-B Wing, 3^{rd } Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi, as per the time schedule annexed.
- All applicants are requested to make it convenient to attend the personal interaction as per the scheduled time along with all original certificates mentioned in their bio-data.
