CIRCULAR
Please refer to Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board (CCSCSB)’s Circular of even No. dated 07.04.2017 and 08.05.2017 regarding appointment of Conveners for various games for the block year 2017-19.
- The interaction with CCSCSB scheduled to be held on 25.05 .2017 and 26.05.2017, as mentioned in circular of even No. dated 08.05.2017 stands postponed. Fresh date and time for the interaction will be communicated later.
- Further, it has also been decided to relax the provision of “only one candidate for one discipline” from one Ministry/Department as mentioned in the circular of even No. Dated 07.04.2017. The Ministries/Departments can now forward more than one name in each discipline subject to fulfilment of the other conditions laid down in the said circular dated 07.04.2017. The last date for receipt of fresh applications is extended upto 29.05.2017. The candidates who have already applied need not apply again.
- It is reiterated that the application proforma must be counter signed by the Welfare Officer of the concerned Ministry/Department.
- The circular may be given wide publicity.
