The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB) has announced a personal interaction for provisionally eligible candidates for the appointment of Conveners for various games for the block year 2017-19. The interaction will be held on June 5th and 6th, 2017, at the Office of the Chief Welfare Officer in New Delhi. Applicants are requested to attend with all original certificates as per their bio-data. The circular is addressed to Welfare Officers of Ministries/Departments and concerned individuals, with a copy for the CCSCSB Notice Board. A detailed schedule of the interaction, including names of applicants, games, departments, dates, and times, is annexed to the circular, covering a wide range of sports and cultural activities including Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Kabaddi, Lawn Tennis, Powerlifting, Swimming, Shooting, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Wrestling, and Music/Dance.

Please refer to Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB)’s Circulars of even No. dated 7.4.2017, 8.5.2017 & 22.5.2017 regarding appointment of Conveners for various games for the block year 2017-19.
- The provisionally eligible candidates are called for personal interaction with CCSCSB officials on 5^{th } and 6^{th } June, 2017 at Office of the Chief Welfare Officer, Room No. 361, B-Wing, 3^{rd } Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi as per the time schedule annexed.
- All applicants are requested to make it convenient to attend the personal interaction as per the scheduled time along with all original certificates mentioned in their bio-data.
