The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board is seeking quotations from reputable firms for the procurement of medals, trophies, and mementos. These items are needed for various All India Civil Services Tournaments and related sports and cultural activities. Interested bidders must submit their quotations by June 8th, 2018, and should have prior experience providing similar services to government bodies. The contract will initially be valid for one year, with potential extensions based on performance. Bidders must also provide proof of valid registrations like PAN and Service Tax Registration, and submit an undertaking confirming they haven’t been blacklisted and have no pending criminal cases. The Board reserves the right to reject incomplete or false information and will act as the sole arbitrator in case of disputes.

Sir,
Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board requires following items in connection with the organization of All India Civil Services Tournaments, Inter-Ministry and other Tournaments in about 19 disciplines of the sports and cultural activities.
i. Trophies
ii. Medals
iii. Memenotes
- Quotations are invited from the reputed firms for all the items indicated above. Taxes if any should also be clearly spelt out. If any ambiguity is seen in the quotation then the quotation will summarily be rejected. The quotation should be addressed to the Secretary, CCSCSB and sent in a sealed cover at the above mentioned address latest by 08.06.2018 by 2.30 pm . The quotations will be opened at 3.00 pm on 12.06.2018.
- The rate contract would be valid initially for one year and the Board reserves the right to extend the validity of contract on mutual consent on the same rates and terms & conditions for a maximum of two more years. The contract will be extended after assessment of services and quality of goods supplied by suppliers and found to be satisfactory.
- The bidder should have the requisite experience of providing similar works for at least one year in any of the Department/Autonomous Institutions/Universities/Public Sector Undertakings of the Government of India or Government of NCT of Delhi or any other State Government or Public Sector Banks or Local Bodies/Municipalities/Stadiums. Proof to this effect to be attached with Bid Document .
- The tenderer firm/agency/company should have valid registrations such as Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the Income Tax Deptt; Service Tax Registration Number; Registration No. of the Agency/Firm.
- The tenderer should submit an undertaking with the Bid to the effect that he or his rirm has not been blacklisted by any of the Departments/Organizations of the Government of India/Government of NCT of Delhi and no criminal case is pending against the said firm on the date of submission of this bid.
- The Bids will be rejected in the event of information being found false or detected incorrect or incomplete at any stage prescribed in the tender or any ineligibility being detected, and no correspondence thereof shall be entertained, whatsoever.
- The payment shall be made on submission of the bills (In triplicate) after the satisfactorily completion of the work assigned, at approved rates after deducting penalties if any. No advance payment will be made.
- In case of any dispute, CCSCSB/any office authorized by the Board on their behalf will be the sole arbitrator to settle the dispute and his decision will be binding on both the parties.
