ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Maharashtra Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2024 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/14/2025-AIS-I(S.II&III)-B dated 14.07.2025 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Maharashtra vide their letter no. AIS-1025/C.R. 322/2025/IAS-1 dated 26.08.2025, the seniority / year of allotment of these officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 12 of the Select List of 2024 shall be placed below Shri Jitendra Dudi (MH: 2016), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Dileep Bhalchandra Sardesari (MH: 2016), the senior most Non SCS IAS officer of 2016 batch of Maharashtra Cadre.
