The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing a painting competition for the children of Central Government Civilian Employees in Delhi/New Delhi. The competition, themed “Swachhta Hi Seva”, will take place on October 2nd, 2023, at Vinay Marg Sports Complex. There are age categories for 6-9, 9-12, and 12-16 year olds, with prizes awarded to the top three in each category, as well as consolation prizes. Participants need to submit a prescribed form with parental/guardian identification and Aadhar card details by September 29th, 2023. Painting sheets and refreshments will be provided, but participants must bring their own painting materials. Judges’ decisions are final, and participation certificates will be awarded to all.

Subject- Painting Competition under “Swachhta Hi Seva- Garbage Free India Campaign Special Cleanliness Drive” at Vinay Marg Sports Complex
Government of India is celebrating “Swachhta Hi Seva”- Garbage Free India Campaign” from 15.09.2023 to 02.10.2023. On this occasion Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is proposed to organize a Painting Competition for the wards of Central Government Civilian Employees working in Ministries/Departments located at Delhi/New Delhi on the theme “Swachhta Hi Seva” at Vinay Marg Sports Complex, Chankyapuri, New Delhi on 2nd October, 2023 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon. There is NO ENTRY FEE for this Competition. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form along with copy of the Parents office I.D. Card/ or CGHS Card and Aadhar Card of the ward to the CCSCSB office latest by 29th September, 2023 at Room No. 361-B Wing, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi or by email at doptsports@gmail.com.

- Decision of the Judges will be final and no appeal against their decision would be entertained.

Rules and Regulations of the Painting Competition:
- Participants should carry their Aadhar Card with them at the venue of the competition.
- Drawing Sheet will be provided by the Organizers.
- Time allotted: 90 Minutes.
- The Sketch and Painting should be prepared on the spot.
- The participants will carry their own water bottle, drawing and painting material and rough cloth for cleaning.
- Evaluation will be based on the theme, quality, difficulty of work, its artistic value and overall presentations. The final score will be the average of the Judges evaluation.
- Participation certificates will be given to all the participants.
