Subject: Engagement of Part time Coaches in Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board – Regarding
Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB) is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, of 1860. It works under the aegis and control of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training. The objective of the Board is to promote cultural and sports activities amongst the Central Government employees. The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board imparts coaching in Tennis, Cricket and Football as per details given below:

| 10. | Duties and Responsibilities of Coach | 1) To Impart Coaching on the days as mentioned by CCSCSB. 2) To maintain data in a register regarding no of children/members taking coaching in a month. 3) To submit monthly report of coaching to CCSCSB. 4) Any other work as assigned to them regarding his/her individual game. | |
| 11. | Term of Engagement | The coaches will be engaged initially for a period of one year extendable for a period up to 4 years. However, the Board has right to cancel the appointment for the reason to be recorded in writing at any time with the approval of CWO. After 4 years, fresh applications will be called for interview. | |
| 12. | Cooling off Period | There shall be mandatory cooling off period of 2 years after every continuous appointment of 4 years. | |
