The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB), in association with the Youth Hostel Association of India (YHAI), is organizing its first Half Marathon on March 3rd, 2019. The marathon will feature three categories – 5KM, 10KM, and 21KM – starting and finishing at Vinay Marg Sports Complex in New Delhi. Participation is open to Central Government Civilian employees and their families stationed in New Delhi, with age limits of 10 to 60 years. Registration begins on January 28th, 2019, and closes on February 15th, 2019, with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 200. Participants will receive a T-shirt, bib, medal upon completion, and a digital certificate. The event will provide breakfast, hydration points, and medical facilities. T-shirts and bibs can be collected from the YHAI Office between February 26th and 28th, 2019.

Sub: Organization of first Half Marathon on 3^{rd } March 2019 from Vinay Marg Sports Complex, New Delhi
The Central Civil Services Cultural& Sports Board (CCSCSB), a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, is the Central Agency for promotion of Cultural & Sports Activities amongst Central Government employees in the country. It works under the aegis and control of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India.
- CCSCSB, in association with Youth Hostel Association of India (YHAI), is organizing its first Half Marathon in three different categories i.e. 5KM, 10KM and 21 KM on 3^{rd } March 2019 from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The Marathon will start from Vinay Marg Sports Complex and will finish at the same place.
3. Central Government Civilian employees and their family members working in Ministries/Department located at New Delhi only can participate.
- The minimum and maximum age for participation in the Half Marathon is 10 years and 60 years respectively. Registration for the Marathon will begin from 28.1.2019 and will close on 15.2.2019. The online registration form will be available at www.yhaindia.org from 28.1.2019. The security amount for the Half Marathon is Rs. 200/- per person which is refundable after successful completion of the Half Marathon. All the participants are requested to follow the guidelines laid down in the Annexure-I and report at the prescribed time at the venue.
- Trophies for first, second and third positions in each category of the run for males and females separately will be awarded. On successful completion of the half marathon, each participant will be given a medal. Digital certificate will also be sent on email (within four weeks) to those who complete the run successfully.

The half Marathon will close at 9 AM. 2. Entry to the venue will only be allowed with the event T Shirt and Serial Number of Bib on the front and back of the T Shirt . 3. In the eventuality of cancellation of Half Marathon due to any unforeseen reasons, the security amount will be refunded within a period of 4 weeks without any interest thereon. 4. Security amount is Rs. 200 per person (refundable after successful completion of marathon within 4 weeks). 5. Minimum Age : 10 years (born not later than 1.3.2009).
Maximum Age : 60 years (born not earlier than 1.3.1959). 6. Separate registration for each participant is mandatory. 7. Facilities to be provided : a) T-Shirt b) Bib c) Medal on successful completion of Marathon categories enrolled for. d) Digital certificate. e) Breakfast. f) Hydration points. g) Medical facilities. 8.
