CIRCULAR
Sub: Organization of third Half Marathon (Run for Azadi) on 25 { }^{th } September 2022 on the occasion of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” from Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi
Central Civil Services Cultural& Sports Board (CCSCSB), is the Central Agency for promotion of Cultural & Sports Activities amongst Central Government employees in the country. It works under the aegis and control of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India.
- On the occasion of 75 years of independence of India, Government of India is celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. The objective of the Mahotsav is to enhance interaction and promote mutual understanding between people of different States and Union Territories by conducting activities in the field of languages and culture.
- To commemorate the glorious history of Indian people and culture, Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board (CCSCSB) in association with Youth Hostel Association of India (YHAI), is organizing its third Half Marathon in three different categories i.e. 5KM, 10KM and 21KM on 25th September, 2022 from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM. The Marathon will start from Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium and will finish at the same place.
- The following are eligible to participate in the third half marathon with registration fees:-

Note: – Additional 5% will be charged as online booking charges. The registration charges are non refundable. 5. The registration will be done on “first-cum-first-serve-basis” with a maximum ceiling of 3000 participants. The registration will close after completion of 3000 registrations irrespective of last date of registration. # 6. No TA/DA is admissible to participate in the 3^{rd } Half Marathon. 1. Registration for the Marathon will begin from 4.8.2022 and will close on or before 10.9.2022 at 5.00 PM. The online registration form will be available at www.yhaindia.org from 4.8.2022. All the participants are requested to follow the guidelines laid down in the Annexure-I and report at the prescribed time at the venue. |

The half Marathon will close at 8.30 AM.
- Entry to the venue will only be allowed with the event T Shirt and Serial Number of Bib on the front and back of the T Shirt.
- In the eventuality of cancellation of Half Marathon due to any unforeseen reasons, the registration amount will be refunded within a period of 8 weeks without any interest thereon.
- Separate registration for each participant is mandatory.
- Facilities to be provided :
a) T-Shirt
b) Bib
c) Medal on successful completion of Marathon categories enrolled for.
d) Breakfast.
e) Hydration points.
f) Medical facilities. - T-Shirts and Bib will be provided after successful registration and can be collected from 15.9.2022 to 20.9.2022 (Except Sunday) from YHAI Office, 5 Nyaya Marg, Chankyapuri, New Delhi – 110022 between 1 PM and 4 PM.
