CENTRAL CIVIL SERVICE CULTURAL & SPORTS BOARD INTER MINISTRY SENIOR & JUNIOR DIVISION FOOT BALL TOURNAMENT 2013-2014

RULES & REGULATIONS

All the matches will be played at the CCSCB Football Ground, Vinay Marg, New Delhi.

1. Duration of the match will be 30.5 .30 minutes for senior division & Junior division at 25.5 .25 minutes
2. Top four teams qualify semi final Junior division
3. Top two teams qualify semi final for each group Senior Division.
4. All the players must bring their identity card with them the same may be checked before and after the match by convener.
5. No request for postponement & time of the matches will be entertained in any circumstances
6. Referee decision will be final and cannot be challenged
7. First match will be start at 9.00 am sharp and 2^{nd } match will start at 10.00 am and 3^{rd } match will start at 11.00 am and 4^{th } match will start at 12.00 noon
8. All the matches will be played as per Rules & regulations of the CCSC&SB Tournament Committee
9. The playing member shall be in the proper kit which includes numbered shirts/ jersey, shin guards, stocking and prescribed footwear.
10. All teams are advised that they should bring their first aid box with them
11. Teams should report the respective venue 30 minutes before the kick off time.
12. If any team does not reach in time even match will start at sharp time 3 calls of 5 minutes walk over will be given to the opponent.
13. Indiscipline on the part of any team may lead player team to its disqualification from the tournament.
14. The protest must be lodged with the convener within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the match protest fee of Rs 500 which shall be non refundable.
