The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board has announced an Inter-Ministry Lawn Tennis Tournament scheduled for November 14th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, and 24th, 2013, at the R.K.Puram Tennis Courts in New Delhi. The tournament will feature team events based on the Davis Cup format, as well as open and veterans’ singles and doubles competitions. Entry forms and eligibility details are available on the persmin.nic.in website. Welfare Officers are requested to publicize the tournament widely. The draw will be held on November 12th, and the entry deadline is November 11th, 2013.

Subject: – Inter-Ministry Lawn Tennis Tournament 2013-14.
Inter Ministry Lawn Tennis Tournament 2013-14 will be held on 14, 16, 17, 23 & 24th November 2013, at R.K.Puram Tennis Courts, New Delhi.
- The team events will be played on Davis Cup Lines (2 Singles and 1 doubles only but no reverse singles). In addition to the team events, the tournament will also be held in open singles and doubles & Veterans singles and doubles (above 45 years). The entries in the prescribed proforma already circulated, duly signed by the Welfare officer may be sent along with entry fee, to CCSCSB. The entry fee is as under.
- Team Event Rs 300/-

Singles Open (Men/Women/Veterans)) Rs 50/-

Doubles Open (Men/Women& Veterans) Rs 100/-

Entry form, eligibility for participation in “Inter-Ministry tournaments” etc are available on the website of the Board i.e. http–persmin.nic.in. The Welfare Officers of central Ministries/Depts are requested to give wide publicity to the proposed tournament.

Draws will be held on 12th November 2013, at R.K.Puram Tennis Courts, Sector XIII, New Delhi at 1600 hours sharp. Last date of receipt of entry in the Board is 11.11.2013
