A circular has been issued by the Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board announcing the Inter Ministry Carrom Tournament 2013-14. The tournament will take place from December 16th to 24th, 2013, at the Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi. Ministries interested in participating are requested to submit their entries with the prescribed fee of Rs. 100 for the team championship and Rs. 40 for singles events by December 3rd, 2013. The tournament will feature Team Championship, Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, and Veteran’s Singles (for men over 45). The draw will be held on December 9th, and teams are expected to report on December 16th. Eligibility rules have already been circulated.

Sub: Inter Ministry Carrom Tournament 2013-14
The Inter Ministry Carrom tournament 2013-14 will be held from 16^{th } December to 24^{th } December, 2013 at Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi. The Ministries desirous of participating in the Inter Ministry Carrom tournament are requested to send their entries in the prescribed performa already circulated, along with the entry fee. The entry fee for the events are, Rs.100/- for team championship, and Rs. 40/- for singles, and should be sent to the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board, Department of Personnel & Training, Room No.361, ‘B’ Wing, 3^{rd } Floor, Lok Nayak Bhavan, New Delhi-3. Last date for entry is 3^{rd } December, 2013
- No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with fee. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer concerned and should reach on or before the last date mentioned above. The competition will be held in the following events:

Team Championship (6 players, the matches will be played as per AICF norms for shorter version of the game)

Men’s Singles

Women’s Singles

Veteran’s Singles (only for men, and should be above 45 years of age)

The draw for the tournament will be held at 11:00 A.M. on 9^{th } December, 2013 at Nirman Bhawan T. T. Hall.

All the team members may be directed to report at the venue at 10:00 A.M on 16^{th } December, 2013.

The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation, etc. in the Inter Ministry tournament have already been circulated to all the Ministries.
