This circular announces the Inter Ministry Basketball Tournament 2013-14, scheduled to take place from January 27th to 28th, 2014, at Vinay Marg Sports Complex, New Delhi. Ministries interested in participating are required to submit their team entries, along with a fee of Rs. 200, to the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board by January 20th, 2014. Entries must be accompanied by the prescribed form, signed by the Welfare Officer, and teams should consist of no more than 12 players (excluding the Manager). The rules and regulations for the tournament have already been distributed to all Ministries.

Sub: Inter Ministry Basketball Tournament 2013-14
The Inter Ministry basketball tournament 2013-14 will be held from $27^{\text {th }}$ to $28^{\text {th }}$ January, 2014 at Vinay Marg Sports Complex, New Delhi. The Ministries desirous of participating in the Inter Ministry basketball tournament are requested to send the entry of their team in the prescribed proforma already circulated, along with the entry fee of Rs.200/-(Rupees two hundred only) to the Central Civil Services Cultural \& Sports Board, Department of Personnel \& Training, Room No.361, ‘B’ Wing, $3^{\text {rd }}$ Floor, Lok Nayak Bhavan, New Delhi-3. Last date for entry is $20^{\text {th }}$ January, 2014.
2. No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with fee. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer concerned and should reach on or before the last date mentioned above. The composition of the team should not be more than 12 (excluding Manager).
3. The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation, etc. in the Inter Ministry tournament have already been circulated to all the Ministries.
