The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing an Inter-Ministry Carrom Tournament from September 22nd to September 30th, 2014, at the Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi. Ministries and Departments interested in participating should submit their entries with the required fee of Rs. 100 for the team championship and Rs. 50 for singles by September 12th, 2014. Entries must be accompanied by a prescribed form signed by the Welfare Officer. The tournament will feature Team Championship, Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, and Veteran’s Singles (for men over 45). The draw will be held on September 15th, 2014, at 11 A.M. at the T.T. Hall, Nirman Bhawan. Further details and eligibility criteria are available on the Department of Personnel & Training website.

CIRCULAR
Sub: Inter-Ministry Carrom Tournament 2014-15.
Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing Inter Ministry Carrom Tournament 2014-15 from 22^{nd } September, 2014 to 30^{th } September 2014 at Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi. The Ministry/Department desirous to participate in the Tournament may send their entries in the prescribed performa (already circulated) along with the entry fee. The entry fee for the events is Rs. 100/- for team championship and Rs. 50/- for singles. The entries may be deposited in the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board by 12^{th } September, 2014.
- No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with fee. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer concerned and should reach on or before the last date mentioned above. The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation, etc. in the Inter-Ministry Tournament is available on the website of the Department of Personnel & Training (Persmin.nic.in/DOPT/Welfare/Sports/About Sports Board).

The competition will be held in the following events:

Team Championship ( 6 players, the matches will be played as per AICF norms for shorter version of the game).

Men’s Singles.

Women’s Singles.

Veteran’s Singles (only for men, of above 45 years of age).

The draw for the tournament will be held at 11A.M on 15^{th } September, 2014 at T.T. Hall Nirman Bhawan.
