A circular has been issued by the Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board announcing the Inter Ministry Aquatic Meet 2015-16, scheduled to take place on September 10th and 11th, 2015, at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Swimming Pool in New Delhi. Central Government employees interested in participating are invited to submit their entries through their respective welfare officers, along with the prescribed fees (Rs. 20 for individual events and Rs. 100 for team events/relays). The deadline for submissions is September 7th, 2015. No on-the-spot entries will be accepted. The notice is directed to all Welfare Officers in Ministries/Departments, the Notice Board, and Manoj Sharma, the Convenor for Swimming.

Sub: Inter Ministry Aquatic Meet 2015-16
The Inter Ministry Aquatic Meet 2015-16 will be held on 10th to 11th September, 2015 at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Swimming Pool, Mother Teresa Crescent Road, New Delhi 110001. Central Govt. Employees working in central Ministries/Deptts desirous of participating in Aquatic Meet are requested to send in their entries in the prescribed proforma available on the CCSCSB’s Website duly forwarded by welfare officer of the Ministry along with entry fee.
1) Individual event – Rs. 20/-
2) Team event – Rs. 100/- (Relays)
- No spot entry will be accepted. All entries may be sent to the Board’s office i.e Room No.361, ‘B’ Wing, 3rd Floor, Lok Nayak Bhavan, New Delhi-110003 latest by 7th September, 2015.
