This circular announces the postponement of the Inter Ministry Carom Tournament 2015-16. Originally scheduled for October 5th to 13th, 2015, the tournament will now take place from October 26th to November 4th, 2015. The entry deadline is October 15th, 2015, and a dawn meeting will be held on October 19th, 2015, at T.T. Hall, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. All other previously stated conditions remain in effect. The notice is directed to Welfare Officers of Ministries, Shri Anoop Kumar, and Notice Boards at various Sports Complexes.

Sub: Postponement of Inter Ministry Carom Tournament 2015-16
Reference our circular of even no. dated 7^{th } September, 2015.
- The Inter Ministry Carom Tournament which was scheduled to be held from 5^{th } October, 2015 to 13^{th } October, 2015 has now been postponed and will now be held from 26^{th } October, 2015 to 4^{th } November, 2015. Last date for the entries is 15^{th } October, 2015 and dawn will be held on 19^{th } October, 2015 at T.T. Hall Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi.
