Subject:- Inter-Ministry Tennis Ball(Day/Night) Cricket Tournament 2015-16.
Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board will organize Inter-Ministry
Tennis Ball (Day/Night) Cricket Tournament 2015-16 at Vinay Marg, New Delhi. The
Ministries/Departments who are interested to participate in the Tournament are requested to
send their entries along with the entry fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in the
enclosed Performa to the Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board, Department of
Personnel & Training, Room No. 361, B-Wing, 3rd Floor, Lok Nayak Bhavan, New Delhi-
110003.
- Only one team from Ministry/Department will be allowed to take part in the
Tournament. Only Regular/Permanent Central Government employees working in main
Ministry/Department are eligible to take part in the Tournament. Last date for submission
of entry in the Board is 05th October, 2015. Exact date of commencement of the tournament
will be intimated later. No entry will be accepted after 5th October, 2015.

VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE
This Ministry intends to enter a team for the Inter-Ministry Tournament. Consequently I submit the entry form duly completed. I hereby undertake on behalf of the Ministry to abide by the rules and instruction of the Tournament.
I certify that the players mentioned in this form who will play in the Inter-Ministry Tournament/Competition are Regular/Permanent employees of the Ministry. No member of the team is a adhoc/casual / daily wage employees. All the players are eligible to participate in the tournament/competition as per eligibility criteria laid down by the Board. In case if it is found that any member of the team is no eligible and is included in the team, the team will be automatically disqualified from the tournament without any notice to this ministry.
I also undertake the responsibility to ensure that this Ministry’s team after being entered in the Tournament/Competition will participate in the Tournament and at any stage would not refuse to participate or withdraw from the Tournament without prior approval of the Board.
