The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is hosting an Inter-Ministry Shooting Ball Tournament from February 3rd to 5th, 2016, at the Vinay Marg Sports Complex in New Delhi. Ministries and Departments interested in participating are invited to submit their entries, along with a fee of Rs. 300, by February 1st, 2016. Entries must be accompanied by the prescribed form, duly signed by the Welfare Officer. Detailed information regarding eligibility, rules, and the tournament schedule can be found on the Department of Personnel and Training website. The complete program will be provided to teams at the event venue.

Sub: Inter-Ministry Shooting Ball Tournament 2015-16.
Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing Inter Ministry Shooting ball Tournament 2015-16 from 3rd to 5th February, 2016 at Vinay Marg Sports Complex, New Delhi. The Ministry/Department desirous to participate in the Tournament may send their entries in the prescribed performa (already circulated) along with the entry fee. The entry fee for the events is Rs.300/-. The entries may be deposited in the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board by 1st February, 2016.
- No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with fee. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer concerned and should reach on or before the last date mentioned above. The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation, etc. in the Inter-Ministry Tournament are available on the website of the Department of Personnel & Training (Persmin.nic.in/DOPT/Welfare/Sports/About Sports Board).
- The detailed programme along with relevant details, rules and regulation will be supplied to the team/players at the venue of the Tournament.
