The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing an Inter-Ministry Chess Tournament from February 19th to 28th, 2018, at the Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. Ministries and Departments interested in participating should submit their entries, along with the required fees (Rs. 75 for Singles, Rs. 150 for Team Championship), by February 15th, 2018. Entries must be accompanied by a prescribed form signed by the Welfare Officer and can be deposited into the Board’s Syndicate Bank account. The tournament will feature Team, Individual, and Rapid Chess Championships. Detailed rules, regulations, and the program will be available on the Department of Personnel & Training website and provided to participants at the venue. Participants should report to Shri Rajesh Kumar, Convenor, Chess, at 10 am on February 19th, 2018.

Sub: Inter-Ministry Chess Tournament 2017-18.
Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing Inter Ministry Chess Tournament 2017-18 from 19^{th } February, 2018 to 28^{th } February, 2018 at Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. The Ministry/Department desirous to participate in the Tournament may send their entries in the prescribed performa (already circulated) along with the entry fee. The entry fee for the events is Rs.75/- for Singles and Rs. 150/- for Team Championship. Last date for submission of entries in the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board office is 15^{th } February, 2018.
- No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with fee. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer concerned and should reach on or before the last date mentioned above. The entry may be deposited in Board’s account as per details.

The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation, etc. in the Inter-Ministry Tournament are available on the website of the Department of Personnel & Training (Persmin.nic.in/DOPT/Welfare/Sports/About Sports Board). Individual events will start from 19^{th } February, 2018.

All the participants should report to Shri Rajesh Kumar, Convenor, Chess at 10 am on 19^{th } February, 2018. The detailed programme along with relevant details, rules and regulation will be supplied to the team/players at the venue of the Tournament.
