RULES & REGULATIONS
- All the matches will be played at Vinay Marg Grounds.
- Duration of the match will be 30-5-30 minutes for Senior Division and 25-5-25 minutes for Junior Division.
- Top 2(Two) teams in the Junior Division Qualify for Senior Division . Top 4 teams in the points table after league matches in both Senior and Junior Divisions will play Semi finals (No 1 with No. 4 and No. 2 with No. 3) to decide the Finalists.
- Protest, if any, can be lodged within 15 minutes after the end of the match with the protest fee of Rs. 2000/- by the Manager of the team with the Convenor (Hockey). No protest, however, will be entertained after the expiry of 15 minutes time and without protest fee.
- No protest will be entertained against the decision of the umpires.
- The decision of the Board with regard to the protest will be final and binding on all the participating teams.
- No request for the postponement of any match will be entertained. However, the Board reserves the right to make changes in the fixture and venue, if required.
- Participating teams must reach the venue in time. In case any team fails to take the field within fifteen minutes of the scheduled time, walk over shall be awarded to their opponents.
- Participating teams must maintain discipline on and off the field. Strict action shall be taken against the erring teams.
- All the players must bring their Office Identity Card. The same may be produced whenever asked by the Convenor (Hockey).
- Only those players whose names are forwarded by the concerned Welfare office shall be permitted to participate in the tournament.
