अंतर मंत्रालय पुरुष एवं महिला कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता 2019-20 का आयोजन दिनांक 2223 अक्टूबर 2019 से के०सि०से०सां०क्री०बाँ० के विलय मार्ग खेल परिसर पर होने जा रहा है, मंत्रालयों जो प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिए रुचि रखते हैं 225/- रुपये की फीस के साथ निर्धारित प्रोफार्मा में (पहले से ही परिचालित) केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा सांस्कृतिक तथा क्रीडा बोर्ड के कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग,कमरा न० 361 ‘ब’ विंग, लोक नायक भवन, खान मार्केट, नई दिल्ली-110003 मे जमा करवाये । प्रविष्टि के प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अंतिम तिथि 18 अक्टूबर 2019
2. कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रत्येक मंत्रालय से केवल एक टीम प्रतियोगिता मे हिस्सा ले सकती है, मंत्रालय दिल्ली / नई दिल्ली में संलग्न और अधीनस्थ अधिकारियों में काम करने वाले अपनी टीम में शामिल हो सकता है। सभी टीमों / व्यक्तियों को केवल मंत्रालय की टीम के एक भाग के के रूप में भाग ले सकते है। केंद्र सरकार का स्वायत्त संगठन जैसे यू.पी.एस.सी. ,चुनाव आयोग, सी. एंड ए. जी. का कार्यालय, लोकसभा सचिवालय, राज्यसभा सचिवालय, कैबिनेट सचिवालय, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय आदि स्वतंत्र टीम भेज सकते हैं। प्रविष्टियां संबंधित मंत्रालय के कन्याण अधिकारी के माधयम से भेजी जाती हैं।
3. कोई भी प्रविष्टि बिना फीस के स्वीकार नही की जाएगी । प्रविष्टि संबन्धित कल्याण अधिकारी के हस्ताक्षरयुक्त निर्धारित प्रपत्र मे उपर्युक्त अंतिम तिथि तक या उससे पहले इस कार्यालय मे पाहुच जाती चाहिए ।

The Ministry intends to enter a team for the Inter Ministry Tournament/Competition. Consequently, I submit the entry form duly completed. I hereby undertake on behalf of the Ministry to abide by the rules and regulations of the Tournament/Competition.
I certify that the players mentioned in this form who will play in the Inter Ministry Tournament/Competition are employees of the Ministry. No member of the team is a casual/daily wage employees. All the players are eligible to participate in the tournament/competition as per eligibility criteria laid down by the Board. In case if it is found that any member of the team is not eligible and is included in the team, the team will be automatically disqualified from the tournament/competition without any notice of the Ministry.
