The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board (CCSCSB) has announced the organisation of Inter-Ministry Tournaments across various sports disciplines. Each Ministry is eligible to field one team, including personnel from attached and subordinate offices in Delhi/New Delhi. Welfare Officers are instructed to ensure only one entry per Ministry is submitted to CCSCSB. Ministries with multiple departments are advised to designate a single department to handle entries. This circular is a directive to all Welfare Officers across Ministries and Departments.

CIRCULAR
Subject : Organisation of Inter Ministry tournaments regarding.
CCSCSB organizes Inter-Ministry Tournaments in various disciplines of sports. As per eligibility criteria, there will be one team from each Ministry. The Ministry may include in their team persons working in attached and subordinate offices located at Delhi/New Delhi.
The Welfare Officers of all the Ministries/Departments are requested to ensure that only one entry from each Ministry is sent to CCSCSB. The Ministries such as Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare etc. which have multiple Departments/attached officers/subordinate officers under their administrative control, may nominate one Department to send entries on their behalf.
