This office memorandum details the extension of validity for a previous order regarding the local purchase of stationery and other articles from Kendriya Bhandar, NCCF, and other Multi-State Cooperative Societies with Central Government shareholding. The original order, dated July 5, 2007, was initially extended for two months until November 30, 2014, and is now further extended for four months, up to March 31, 2015. This extension is issued with the concurrence of the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, and is intended for all Ministries and Departments of the Government of India, along with their subordinate offices and organizations. It also directs communication of this extension to the Managing Directors of Kendriya Bhandar and the National Consumer Co-operative Federation.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Local purchase of stationery and other articles from Kendriya Bhandar, NCCF and other Multi-State Cooperative Societies having majority shareholding by the Central Government.
Attention of the Ministries/Departments is invited to the Department of Personnel and Training’s O.M. No. 14/12/94-Welfare (Vol.II) dated 5.7.2007 on the above subject. It is stated that the validity of the O.M. No. 14/12/94-Welfare (Vol.II) dated 5.7.2007 was further extended with the approval of the competent authority for a period of two months w.e.f. 01.10.2014 i.e. upto 30.11.2014 vide O.M. No. 14/1/2009-Welfare dated 24.09.2014.
- The Validity of the O.M. No. 14/12/94-Welfare (Vol.II) dated 5.7.2007 has been further extended with the approval of the competent authority for a period of four months w.e.f. 1st December, 2014 upto 31st March, 2015.
- This issues with the concurrence of the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure vide their I.D No.26/2/2013-PPD dated 28.11.2014.
- The contents of this Office memorandum may be brought to the notice of all concerned.
