Reference is invited various notifications relating to the elections to Kendriya Bhandar. 2. The election process relating to election of delegates and Board of Directors have now been completed and the list of elected Delegates and Board of Directors have been notified on 08.09.2017 and 16.10.2017 respectively. 3. The election process relating to election for the post of Chairman has now been scheduled as follows:-

- Nominations are hereby invited for election as Chairman from the elected members of Board of Directors. Each nomination must be duly proposed and seconded and it must be countersigned by the candidate concerned, in token of the willingness to contest as a candidate. The nomination form duly proposed, seconded and countersigned by the candidate, in the prescribed format, as per Annexure I, is required to be submitted to the Returning Officer in his office, as per the schedule indicated above.
- Elections to the post of Chairman, Kendriya Bhandar shall be held between 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, the 24th October 2017 in the Office of Kendriya Bhandar, Stationery Division, West Block, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. Results of the election shall be declared by 5 p.m. on the same day i.e. by 24.10.2017 by the Returning Officer.
