Sir,
Please refer to your letter dated 14.12.2015 on the above mentioned subject. In this regard kindly furnish the following documents to this Department so that the request for recognition can be taken up further:
(i) A copy of the registration (of Association) certificates.
(ii) A certificate stating therein that the members enrolled in the Association are not members of any other Association functioning in the same are/locality.
(iii) A certificate regarding adoption of the Model Constitution of the Residents Welfare Association as framed by the Department of Personnel & Training, duly approved by the General Body of the Association.
