Sir/Madam,
Please refer to this Department’s letter of even number dated 22.06.2016 on the subject mentioned above, wherein all Secretaries of the Central Government Employees Resident Welfare Associations, recognized by DoPT, were requested to submit their proposals for grants-in-aid for the year 2016-17.

  1. All CGERWAs, who have yet not submitted their proposals, are again requested to submit the same in the prescribed proformas to this Department by 15.09.2016 positively along with the accounts for the year 2015-16.
