  1. The ad-hoc managing committee is constituted for the purpose of conducting the elections. Action may be taken to conduct election of the CGERWA for remaining period of the block years 2017-19 in a free, fair and transparent manner as per the guidelines/Model Constitution issued by this Department within one month. The AWO will act as an observer for the elections.
