The undersigned is directed to refer to the Department of Food & Public Distribution’s O.M.No.PF-2753/E-I dated 27-10-2010 on the above cited subject and to convey the approval of this Department for taking voluntary retirement of Shri P C Bhatt, CSS, Director, w.e.f. 01-12-2010 under the provisions of Rule 48 of CCS Pension Rules, 1972.
