The undersigned is directed to refer to Central Vigilance Commission O.M.No.90-PRS-570/106514 dated 28-10-2010 on the above cited subject and to convey the approval of this Department for taking voluntary retirement of Shri Ashok Kumar Khanna, CSS, Deputy Secretary, w.e.f. 07-01-2011 under the provisions of Rule 48 of CCS Pension Rules, 1972.
