OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Writ Petition (Civil) No.2735/2013 filed by Shri Sauranshu Sinha & Others vs. Union of India and Others in the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi- regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 08.10.2013 wherein the Ministries/Departments/Organizations concerned were requested to serve notice to the private respondents in the above case. The Ministries/Departments/Organizations were also requested to submit acknowledgement of having served the notices, in the prescribed format (Annexure-II to OM dated 08.10.2013) by 31.10.2013. However, till date information in the prescribed format has been received in respect of 50% of the respondents only. A statement indicating the status of the information received from the Ministries/Departments/Organizations in this regard is attached.
- It may be seen from the statement that no information has been received or information received is partial from many Ministries/Departments/Organizations. The Hon’ble High Court has to be apprised of the position before the next date of hearing i.e. 17.12.2013.
- The Ministries/Departments/Organizations concerned are once again requested to submit the requisite information immediately.
