OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Filling up the post of PPS and PS of CSSS lying vacant in outside-Delhi offices of Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for filing on an all secretariat basis-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Urban Development’s OM No. 32013/4/2013- Admn.I (Vol.II) dated 04.04.2016 on the subject mentioned above and to say that following posts of PS and PPS of CSSS are lying vacant in various offices of CPWD, Ministry of Urban Development located outside Delhi. These posts are to be filled up as per the provisions of RTP issued vide this Department’s OM dated 22.07.2015. The details of the vacancies are as under:

- All the cadre units are requested to give publicity of the vacancy circular and applications of willing officers for filling up the outstation posts of PS & PPS as shown above in various regional offices of CPWD, as received, may be forwarded along with personal particulars in the enclosed proforma immediately but not later than 31.05 .2016 .
- Before forwarding the application(s), the vigilance status of the officer(s) concerned may also be ascertained and a certificate to that effect may also be forwarded along with. It should also be ensured that the data in respect of officer applying for the post is completed/updated in all respects in the web based cadre management system i.e. cscms.nic.in.
