Subject: Filling up of vacancies of various posts of CSSS at various Branch Secretariat offices of Department of Legal Affairs-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 15.12.2016, vide which vacancies of various posts of CSSS outstation posts of various Branch Secretariats, Department of Legal Affairs were circulated and to say that keeping in view the applications received from the officers concerned for the post of PA in the Branch Secretariat in Chennai and PS in the Branch Secretariat Kolkata, the following officials of CSSS have been considered for transfer to Department of Legal Affairs as per the provision of RTP of CSSS:

- Shri N. Ramakrishnan, P.A. has been relieved from M/o Information & Broadcasting on 26.12.2016 (AN), and reported for duty in DoP&T on the same day. The period from 27.12.2016 (FN) till 19.01.2017 (FN) may be treated as ‘compulsory wait’ in the Cadre Unit of Legal Affairs. The Cadre Unit of Legal Affairs shall pay salary / allowances for this period to Shri N. Ramakrishnan, PA.
