OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Draft Extended Select List of 2003 in the UDC Grade-Status regarding passing of typing test as envisaged in CSCS Rules, 1962.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 26.08 .2015 on the subject mentioned above and to state that, no cadre unit has sent the requisite information till date.
- All the cadre units are, therefore, once again request to furnish the information about the officials who are included in SL-2003(extended) but have passed the type test or were exempted from type test after 30.06.2004 latest by \underline{04.09 .2015} positively so that Select List – 2003 of UDC Grade may be finalized.
- All the cadre units are requested to verify typing status in respect of UDCs, who were appointed to the grade of LDCs of Seniority Quota, Sports Quota, Compassionate Appointment and Departmental Examination only.
