ADDENDUM
Subject: Final Select List of 2003(Extended) in the UDC Grade-regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 6^{th } October, 2015 on the subject mentioned above and to say that 78 officials (Junior most LDCs of 1994 batch) were shifted to Select List 2004 from Select List 2003 due to non-availability of vacancies under Seniority Quota while finalizing the Final Select List of 2003(Extended) in the UDC Grade.
- All the cadre units are, therefore, requested to conduct DPCs in respect of these officials on priority basis in terms of zone issued vide this Department’s O.M. No. 12/1/2015-CS.II(B) dated 30.09.2015. Thereafter, a speaking order should be issued for shifting of these officials from SL-2003 to SL-2004 citing the reasons leading to their exclusion from SL-2003 incorporating the details as mentioned below:-
i. The number of vacancies to be filled up under Seniority Quota in Select List of 2003(Extended) in the UDC Grade (Para 2 of O.M. of even number dated 06.10 .2015 )
ii. The number of vacancies actually filled up under Seniority Quota (Para 1 of O.M. of even number dated 06.10 .2015 ).
iii. 40 slots for ST candidates remained unfilled and that is why only 1573 officials could be included in SL-2003(Extended) against 1613 vacancies to be filled under Seniority Quota.
iv. The 78 officials shifted from SL-2003 to SL-2004 are junior most LDCs of 1994batch.
