Subject: Updation of Incumbency position of Assistant Grade officers of CSS.
The undersigned is directed to state that consequent upon restructuring of the CSS, the sanctioned strength of cadre posts in all grades of CSS was fixed for each participating Cadre Units. The sanctioned strength in the Assistant’s Grade of CSS has since been notified in the Second Schedule-Part ‘B’ to the CSS Rules, 2009, available on the DOPT’s website (CS Division). All the 38 Cadre Units are requested to verify the same and intimate the exact figure as per their records and furnish the incumbency position in the grade of Assistant of the CSS to this Department as per the proforma prescribed below at e-mail I.D. cs1dopt@yahoo.co.in by 17th April, 2009. The information may be sent in a PDF document format followed by written communication.
