The undersigned is directed to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 14^{th } December, 2015 and subsequent reminder dated 21^{st } December, 2015 on the subject mentioned above. It has been observed that, so far, information has not been received from the cadre units. All the cadre units are, therefore, once again requested to furnish the details in the prescribed proforma, to this Department immediately, but not later than 7^{th } January, 2016. A soft copy of the same may also be sent through mail to the undersigned’s e-mail id:- sarswat.rajesh13@nic.in.
