The undersigned is directed to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 14^{th } December, 2015 and subsequent reminders dated 21^{st } December, 2015 and 5^{th } January, 2016 on the subject mentioned above. The cadre units (as mentioned in the Annexure) who have not furnished the requisite information are once again requested to furnish the details in the prescribed proforma to this Department immediately, but not later than 15^{th } March, 2016.
